This fast growing fire was first reported early Thursday, 22 May 08. For a variety of reasons outside of our control, attendance is quite low so far, and there were too few people to stage these tours. Registration includes: tours on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, the Opening Reception on Thursday, the Paper Sessions and Annual General Meeting, including the luncheon, on Saturday. The Saturday Banquet is optional and is not included. A low cost option for those who want to attend only the Paper Sessions and the luncheon has been provided. This does not include any other activities. The on-line version of the brochure and registration form have been updated. We regret any confusion.
